Rights arising from the processing of personal data

The User has the following rights concerning Tango Pro and may, therefore, exercise them against the Data Controller as recognized by the GDPR and Law 4624/2019:

  • Right of access: It is the User’s right to obtain confirmation as to whether Tango Pro is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing Tango Pro has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among other things, the information available about the origin of such data and the recipients of the communications made or planned for the same.
